Meet the Founder
Founder & Principal Consultant
Bruce Anaya is the Founder of Elevation Talent Solutions, where he partners with growing healthcare organizations to strengthen recruiting, develop sustainable talent pipelines, and build workforce strategies that support long-term success.
With more than eight years of recruiting experience, including six years focused exclusively in healthcare, Bruce has helped organizations solve complex hiring challenges across behavioral health, nursing, correctional healthcare, and clinical services. His experience includes healthcare recruiting, workforce development, university partnerships, and talent strategy across multiple states, helping organizations attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
Bruce earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. His approach combines strategic thinking with practical recruiting experience to deliver solutions tailored to each organization’s unique workforce needs.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife, Nichole, and their three children. Whether he’s training for ultramarathons, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or exploring the outdoors with his family, he believes the discipline, resilience, and long-term mindset developed through endurance sports mirror the same qualities required to build strong teams and successful organizations.

Meet the Co-Founder
Nichole Anaya brings a strong background in leadership, project management, and organizational execution. She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University before beginning her professional career as a martial arts instructor, where she developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping others grow.
After returning to school to earn her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Point Loma Nazarene University, Nichole transitioned into the corporate technology sector. Over the past nine years, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, beginning as a Customer Trainer, then serving as a Senior Project Manager, and most recently being promoted to Program Manager. In her current role, she leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business objectives and drive organizational success.
Nichole’s experience in program management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration complements the relationship-driven approach of Elevation Talent Solutions. She believes that successful organizations are built through strong leadership, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Outside of her professional career, Nichole enjoys distance running, spending time outdoors, and creating lasting memories with family. Together, they share a passion for personal growth, resilience, and serving their community through meaningful work.
